Terms & Conditions

Before you book a shoot, you'll need to agree to these terms and conditions. These are some of the most important things to know:

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your shoot on the same day, or if you change your mind while we're there, you'll be charged a fee. This is because it's hard for us to plan for last-minute changes.
• Copyright: We own all the photos and videos we take. You can use them for your own purposes, but you can't sell them or change them without our permission.
• Travel Fees: We may charge extra for travel expenses like trains and hotels, depending on the shoot.
• Location Access: You need to make sure you have the right to let us take photos at the location.
• Shot Selection: It's helpful if someone from your team is aviailable to help us choose the best shots.
• Editing: We include one round of editing for free. If you want more changes, there will be an extra charge.
• Data Loss: We'll do our best to keep your videos safe, but we can't be responsible for everything. It's a good idea to make your own copies.
• Refunds: Once we've finished the shoot and delivered your photos, we can't give you a refund.
